Biography:
Harriet Knight completed her PhD on "Robert Boyle and the Organisation of Natural Knowledge in the Seventeenth Century" in 2003 at Birkbeck, University of London, before working as a researcher on the Oxford Works of Francis Bacon (Vols 1 and 2) with Professor Alan Stewart, during which time she also convened the CELL M.Res. course. She now teaches English and Philosophy at The Henrietta Barnett School, London, and is the Schools' Liason Officer for the Society of Renaissance Studies.
