Biography:
Art is currently writing a book exploring the true history of inoculation. In previous lives, he was Professor of Pathology at the University of Leeds, and is an ardent travel enthusiast. Following a little bit of archival assistance from CELL, Art recently published Defying Providence: Smallpox and the Forgotten Eighteenth Century Medical Revolution. You can buy his book here.
