Sir having sealed up the inclosed her majestie being in the meane tyme informed that
some of this Ambassadors trayne should be dead in there way hither warde of the
plague & one or two likewyse dead therof since his arryvall in england hath willed
me to

to thend yoe might both cause some enquiry to
be made therof & finding it so to give hym advice to forbeare his arrest for some tyme
till her majestie might see the dainger removed. This I doubt not he will take and
interpret as a stratageme to hinder his audience & yet if the informacon be true, he can
have noe reason to press you. Which I leave to your honors better informacon & so
againe comytteng yow to Gods holy protection do humbly take my leave/ At
