I do R. h. L. with pacyens & assurace, attend your opportunitye for mi releeff att her
majesties hands, & do relye of non butt your sellf theryn, wherfore I humbly beseke
your good L. that som resolutyon may be taken for me, to releve the harde state that I
am in, that I may saye (as Candisshe dothe) that yow ar the sole hellpe & mediator
therof, for mi burden is suche, as ether I must be presently ayded, or elles dye under
the burden, To signeffye the which, I send this berer to putt your L. yn mynde,
prayeng rather denyall & discharge owtt of England than dethe. your L. hande is to the
Comissyon that I was laste employed in, with other of mi Lords on that behalf, by her
majesties speciall direction, which yf I shall be undon by, by beryng the charge of the
publyck
