He R. h. Lord that fooles him sellf pressed as I do, with greeff & detts, which growe only
by former expences, sustayned in her majesties service, canott butt complayne & seeke
releeff, where the same hath

deserved, being no presydent nor reson, that pryvate
persons & servants of so mene hability sholld bere the charges of the publyck, I
presume./ ytt may plese your good L. therfore to be humbly remembred of mi state &
neede, which att her majesties retorne from Howndslo, yow signeffyed by mi servant
(this day fortnight) that ye wolld have a favorable speedy care therof, & truly I am
dryven by a last necessity to be ymportunate on that behallf, beseching that there may
be a graciows consyderacion used, accordyng to Honor & conscyens, for I am hable
to holld owtt no longer, & that with the rest I must humbly comand unto you, whom
