I have bin mi right honorable good Lorde, most humbly sorye, as it becomes me, for your L.
sicknes, & as glad to here that the payne is mittigated, which your L. I hope will accepte, according
to the devotyon I bere unto you as though it proceded from a gretter personaige, for mi pore mite of
good will, is nott to make ani ostentacyon therof, butt to praye for yow & serve yow durynge life,
with all truste & affection, giveng your L. most humble thancks for the grawnt ye made unto me of
the Raglership in Cardiganshire, & now have I gotten furth a Comission to trye the same to be
owtt of lease, for non payment of a xi year rent, before mi grawnt may procede, wherwith her
majestie shall have som service don to her: for the leasye, who is a very yll man, hath taken money
of the Contrey & solde the Q. right to the Contrey, & now her majestie shall have xx
