R. Honorable, this may be to signeffye unto your L. that this mornyng the Coronell
Steward sent me a som, of the artycles that the Towne here had agreed uppon, towching a
Churche to be permytted for the service of the masse, which artycles Paul Buis had delivered me
yesternight,

& of whom I shall have the proposytyon that monsieur made yesterdaye
to the generall Estates, with the answer & conclusyon that the States do gyve unto hym agayn
in there Cowncell to be assembled tomorow./ & Towching the entrye of the D. ynto
this Town with all the ceremonyes & circumstances that belonges therunto ytt is nott as yett
finisshed butt wilbe this weeke that comes yn, & then shall your L. Receve the first of theme,
for it is dedicated only to yow./
I desyre grettlye in all humblenes to here from your L. with the convenyentest spede that may
plese your good L. / Coronell Steward sent me word by his man that he had wrytten to
yow, & ynclosed those artycles of the masse within your L. lre with som other remembrances,
& yett I wolld nott fayll to send yow on of myne allso, wherwith I humbly take mi leve,
