Dr. Grew presented a Calculus or Stone very hard voyded
by stool which was sent by mr. Mathews of Leadbury neer
Glocester.
The same also presented from Dr Genner a box of Lapides
Iudaici taken vp in Lydiard Park neer Swindon in -
wiltshire.
Dr. Grew read a Letter from Dr. Coga vice chancelor of
Cambridge wherein he affirmes that Heuelius his Last book
is not to be found in that vniuersity -
Mr. Hooke shewed a china Perspectiue box wherein by the
help of Reflection the Room and figures therein were con
siderably Lengthned -

The same also gaue an account concerning the theorys Con
teind in the 2d volume of Borelljs book de motu
Animalium.

The same also shewed two ^ /opticall/ experiments in a Darkned
Rome the one of the suceeding of colours one to another
vizt. yellow green & Blew -

And the other of making the representations of
a mans face & body or any such object of any conueni
ent bignesse soe as to be able to Delineate the same
exactly, vpon paper cloth or the like
