General Information
- Creation: 1654?
- Hands: Robert Boyle (all entries)
- Source: Royal Society, Boyle Papers 25, pp. 347-58
- Languages: English (107 entries) Latin (1 entry)
- Length: 108 entries, unnumbered
- Format: Foolscap sheets folded to form sets of four pages on which the entries were recorded; these sheets were then folded again once vertically and twice horizontally (into thirds). The first three pages do not have any original pagination, but from the fourth page (p. 350), Boyle numbered the pages from 4 to 12. Boyle's pagination of the second foolscap sheet differs from the order in which the pages appear in the Boyle Papers volume. The pages should be read in the order p. 351, 353, 354, 352, and they are transcribed in that order here.
