Alex teaches Beginners' Latin for ad hoc translation for the MRes at CELL.
Alex studied English at Cambridge University before completing a Masters in Modernism at QMUL and then going on to work in television. Her research focuses on the poetry and criticism of Ezra Pound, specifically his linguistic method and use of ideograms in the Cantos. She is currently training as a midwife and promises to supply CELL with a photo of her in uniform … eventually.
