each of these small fibres or strings was conceiud to be seen of the
shape and appe figure of a wreathed piller, or a stick naturally grown
wreathed by /the/ twisting of a string of Iuy. others supposd it of other -
shapes. but the Determination thereof was Left till an other time-

mr. moses Pit Bookseller hauing made a proposall to this Society of his
Designe of Printing an Atlas or Description of the Parts of the earth sea
and heauens conteined in about six hundred copper plates or mapps and
about nine hundred printed sheets. And desiring the assistance and Incou=
ragement of this Society for the exact performance and the
better carrying on of this work. It was referred to Sr. Christopher wren
Sr Iohn Louther mr. Hill mr Haak mr. Hooke Dr Grew & mr Collins
to consider further of the said mr. Pitts his proposall and to report their
thought thereof at the next meeting of this Society And the time
of meeting was appointed on tuesday next at Six of the clock -
