May it please your good L. The bearer heerof is the Baron of Winningbergh, who is sent in Ambassade from the Elector Palatine to her Majestie. Of his, and of the rest of his company, I have signified in a former. But this I doe write to satisfie the Baron, who requesteth my letter: and to desire of your L. in his behalf, that if there be any ceremonies to be used in the redeliverie of the garter, it would please yow to addresse some suche unto him, as may instruct him in the order. For heere he hath bin heard, and also interte- ned with speciall respect. And thus I take my humble leave. From the Hage 27 1592 Your L. most humbly bounden Tho. Bodley
