May it please your good L. I am made acquainted by the states, with a letter sent unto them from the Ambassadors of the Emperor: wherof the bringer was the Emperors trompet. It is but newly brought unto them, so as yet they had no time, to make answear unto it. Howbeit I have sent your L. the letter trans- lated out of dutche, and will send yow their answear, assoone as I knowe it. And so I take my humble leave. From the Hage. 29 October 1591.
