Later Addition: Belgia 1589 8 May To Master Secretary

It may please your Honor although I have byn visyted with a paynefull dissenterye, & hardly able as yet, by reason of my weaknes, to continew my writing, yet I could not omyt to entreat your Ho. to afford a good welcome to Master Loozen and Master Valck so as they may see by th'effectes that I have written in theyre favour. I will not saie so much for Monsieur Egmond that is with them, for that I have found him a perverse & ill affected parson to the Englishe nation. Howbeyt the dealing of the other two hath bin allwaies very temperate in the better kynde. And for myne owne particular I have had /suche/ tryall of theyr [loving] disposition, as in these opportunityes I cannot but endevour to [s]hew my self gratefull & so recommending the good interteyneng of them to your Honorable Custome I take my humble leave from the Hagh May 1589
