May it please your good L. having written a former, which I also send yow at this present, Count Maurice acquainted the Councel of state with the copies of certain letters, written by the Kinge of Spaine, to his Embassador with the Emperor.

They were lately taken, with other papers of the Enemie, in Germany, and sent hither to the Count, with other intelligence, from suche persons of credit, as we can not surmise, they should be devised. And though their date be somwhat ancient, yet I thought them well worthy the sending to your L. And so I bidde againe, I take my leave: From the Hage. October 28. 90
